Delivery & Returns

You can feel perfectly secure that all packages will not give away what items are inside.  I have taken extra precautions to ensure your confidentiality.

Firstly, all packages are sent out in completely anonymous discrete packaging.  Depending on the size of the package it is either in a grey plastic envelope, or a plain cardboard box,  These are completely opaque, so there is no way to see what is inside the package without physically opening it.

Secondly, the only external markings are the delivery address and a return address.  The return address is literally that - just an address.  There is no mention of our company name anywhere on the package.

For additional security, the return address on the package is slightly different to the one shown below.  This means that anyone Google-ing the return address will find no mention of this company.   You will notice I have inserted a "space" in part of the address below, this is also designed to stop Googlers.

Finally, your credit card statement will have no mention if this website.  It will simply be the initials of my company (L. R. R. Ltd).

I do tend to send out higher value packages (usually including breastforms) recorded delivery - which requires a signature (not necessarily yours).  Let me know if that is a problem.

I try to send out your goods as soon as possible after I have received your cleared payment. I use first class post wherever possible, so orders from within the UK should be received within 4-5 days of placing your order.  Breastforms tend to take a little longer, typically 5 - 7 days.

If you need a specific delivery day just let me know and I will arrange for a next day delivery. I do charge an additional amount for this service - £5 for normal packages and £10-15 for heavy packages such as breastforms(costs depend on the size / weight of the forms).

We endeavour to maintain up to date stock levels on the website. In the event that you order an item which is out of stock, we will place the order direct with our suppliers and UK delivery will take 5 - 10 days.

Standard delivery Charges are as follows:

1.  UK First Class:          £3.50

2.  Europe:                      £8.50

3.  Rest of the World:     £10.50

Heavy items, such as breastforms incur an additional charge which will be itemised in your shopping bag, before you check out. 

I can do next day delivery which is a guaranteed service by 1pm or 4pm next day (depending on the size of the package).  However, I tend to use this to guarantee customers a specific delivery day, rather than a quick delivery.  If you need something quickly give me a call or drop me an e-mail and I will try to help out.


Returns

Return of any faulty products will receive a full refund.

We also accept general returns. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.  We do ask that you try to ensure that all returned products are in re-sellable condition, and have their tags and original packaging intact. Please give us a call to discuss any problems on 07432 687057.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, shapewear, or self adhesive silicone products.  We do not provide free post and packaging for returns and have a 10% handling charge.
