Returns

Return of any faulty products will receive a full refund.

We also accept general returns. Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery.  We do ask that you try to ensure that all returned products are in re-sellable condition, and have their tags and original packaging intact. Please give us a call to discuss any problems on 03330 903561

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate items such as thongs and gaffs, or on silicone products.  Returns are also not available on any products that are custom made to your own measurements.  We do not provide free post and packaging for returns.
